Progress

For me... it feels as if time stopped the moment I found out we were expecting a little one, but for everyone else, including Jon,  they keep saying how fast it has gone for them.

Whether it seems FAST or SLOW time has been passing by, and our little girl continues to grow:)

Here are some pictures documenting some of the PROGRESS we have made!

Belly Progress

We have officially made it to the 3rd Trimester. Unfortunately I still have sick nauseous days, and I throw up about once per week, sometimes a little less. As for baby, she is much bigger and stronger. Jonathan feels her kick and move around all the time now, and a few of my sisters have had the opportunity to feel as well. Feeling her move around is by far the best part of being pregnant!

We have also picked out a name... If you were to ask us we would probably tell you, but we want to keep it off social media... So you won't find out here. :)

Baby Progress

9 Weeks

14 Weeks

18 Weeks

21 Weeks
It's amazing to watch how she has grown and developed!!! Last couple times we have gone to the doctor we have been able to see her little 3D face:) I've been really worried my little girl would get Jon's big nose, but I think she looks like she has a sweet little button nose. I guess we will find out for sure when we get to meet her! Either way I am sure I will find her adorable:) As for right now she is almost 3lbs, and is about 16in long, measuring right where she should be.

Job Progress

This particular subject had been a big stress for me. Until Jan 2014 I had been working full-time for Lincare as a Respiratory Therapist Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. I knew I would be unhappy continuing to work these hours after the baby came. I felt as if someone else would be raising my baby, and I wanted to be able to stay home more, and be a Mom. Jon and I looked over our budget and decided we would still be able to make ends meet if I worked part-time, but that meant I would need to find a new job.

After many applications and prayers I was getting further and further in my pregnancy and more worried about an employer wanting to hire a person expecting a child so soon. One Sunday when I was about 22 weeks along, I cried to my mother about our situation, fearing I may have to go back to work full-time after having the baby. She kept telling me it would all work out, and to keep praying for help. It was the NEXT day that I got a call for an interview at Rocky Mountain Care a Vent/Trach unit in Clearfield looking for a therapist to work a couple days a week. Within a couple weeks I was training at my new job. It has been a very nice change, and will be perfect for motherhood!!

Long story short... Prayers are answered, just another testimony to me how much our Father in Heaven is aware of us and our needs:)

Nursery Progress

The nursery has probably been the slowest to progress, but we are finally ready to start decorating, personally my favorite part:)

Most of you know our entire house required a lot of remodel, but before we moved in we were only doing what HAD to be done... So the spare bedroom was on the back burner UNTIL that little + showed up on my pregnancy test! This week we had finally finished all the painting, and the crib arrived yesterday. We are going to use the armoire from my bedroom set as the changing table, and my mom is giving me the glider rocker she used with my little sisters.

Now we have less than 12 weeks to finish up the Progress before our lives change forever, but change for good!
