We meet the summer of 2006 when I had moved to Brigham right next door to her. I was the new lonely kid on the block. One Sunday afternoon I was outside on the back patio reading a book, she was on her back patio riding around on a scooter. I can't remember who was brave enough to say "Hi" first, but we have been Best Friends ever since. Even through the ups and downs of life we have stuck by each others side. She is the best person to go to if you need words of encouragment, and always can find something to say to cheer me up.
Since we have both grown up, gotten married, and moved on with life we still find it important to spend time together, and the time we do is extra precious to me! Today was one of those days. She made the effort to come to Ogden and we started by going out to her favorite restuarant- Olive Garden. After we indulged by getting manicures together. We picked out colors for each other. She got me bright sunny yellow, and I got her emo black:) After we did a little browsing in a cute boutique, then off to treat ourselves with some frozen yogurt.
I am so happy I have good friends like Heather. They are such blessings!!
